Just a guess but have you tried looking at your Picasa Web Album account. Mainly to check if the account, albums and pics are still there. Check that the photos are public and that the album isn't suspended (Hopefully it isn't but it is possible).
I just had to look. It's kind of creepy here. This is like the aftermath of a disaster. It's just too quiet here. I'd better put on a thick collar and ward off the plutonium Vampires.
