2010, sketchbook #4, plus Freaks and Geeks

These are just some pages from one of my 2010 sketchbooks, including a few Freaks and Geeks drawings I did. I love that show.

There's Millie...

...and there's Kim, with a few weird Sams on the side.

I like these pages.

I cleaned up a lot of these drawings in Photoshop not that long ago. I'll probably put them up in a post soon. I'm almost done archiving all my old art!

Great stuff, Katie! I'm glad you are nearing the end of your archive - it looks like you recovered quite a bit from your "old" blog. I'm looking forward to feasting my eyes on brand new, shiny drawings! :-)

These are just amazing. You are so great at capturing the essence of each character.
Also, I love how there's a rough Wicked Wickle sketch on the Kim page.
...that's definitely something I wouldn't have noticed the last time I looked at these

Wow! Love the drawing of the girl with really short hair and glasses, amazing! Always a pleasure to see this stuff, Katie. :)

I've only been following your blog for about a year now and though your blog reboot was a bummer for you it was cool for me to now see all of your sweet art in one big shot.

I love your Freaks and Geeks sketches. I love that show. I just followed your blog too as well. I'm observing your work and trying to pick up on skills to take me from doing beginner sketches. Also I like your Inking tutorial, that's something I'm gonna make note of. One last thing, IDK if you use linux or windows and are good at using terminal/command prompt but I use a tool called WGET to backup my blog all the time. It saves my images and posts and links to a folder on my desktop.

Those are really good! I immediately recognized Busy Philipps, before I even read the text and realized it was actually supposed to be her. :)
